Shipping policy

Orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona via USPS Ground Advantage. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, then 5–8 business days in transit. You'll receive tracking as soon as your label is created.

Domestic shipping is a flat $10. Orders over $130 ship free.

International orders ship via DHL Express with rates calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged upon delivery. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier before delivery.

We're not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, or for delays once a package is in transit. If something goes wrong, email operations@sipdrake.com and we'll help however we can.
